Hi There! I am Shannon

I am a women's wellness coach who helps you build exercise, eating, and lifestyle habits that actually fit your life - adapting with every stage of life, work demands, and whatever chaos life is throwing at you. That means the whole picture: developing better tools for managing stress, improving sleep, and building the self-awareness and positive self-talk that make change actually stick.

I'm an exceptional gluten-free cheesecake baker, incapable of taking a decent picture, devourer of self-help books, a highly sensitive mom of four (yeah, realized that too late), and plant lady.


I've exercised at home consistently for over 13 years --- through pregnancies, pelvic floor dysfunction, low to no energy, zero motivation, and limited resources. I credit my success to embracing my inner couch potato and inner picky-eater, working with my short attention span, navigating constant interruptions, and ignoring every piece of generic fitness and nutrition advice I've ever come across.

Pregnancy and birth changes a woman's body dramatically. How soon you return to exercise varies for each woman. We begin after you have been cleared by your health provider and in some cases, not returning to exercise until being evaluated by a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. We focus on regaining strength, stamina, and preparing for higher levels of activity.

To complicate matters, food choices are strongly influenced by enjoyment, taste and texture, cost, convenience, time, who shops, who cooks, and who you are feeding. We focus on letting go of food rules and food confusion, learning what to do, how to do it in real life, and get back to enjoying meals again
